Can't rate this place highly enough! Really friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get us back on the road again within an afternoon despite already having a busy schedule (on a Friday too!). Even took the time to check over the rest of our van and flag potential future issues so we can sort them down the line. Total gem, thank you again for saving our trip and for the top camping tips!

While driving from Port Alberni to Duncan, the belt on my car snapped. Luckily Jeff from JD Auto answered my call, ordered a new belt, picked it up, drove out to where my car was and fixed it on site without me having to get it towed anywhere. I was back on the road within 3 hours. He was super friendly, and I thought the price was super reasonable for the service I got. Would highly recommend if you need a great mechanic in the area!
