I have tried to support Trendsetters since I moved here in 2021. I go there for hair cuts and coloring. There have been good experiences and bad experiences. Prices are high for services and product prices are outrageous. In the past there were some good stylists there but not anymore in my opinion. There is an employee named Mah who supposedly specializes in curly hair. I have naturally curly hair so I gave her a try. First she gave me a mullet when I had asked for a layered shag. I couldn't do anything with my hair. It was uneven, and my normally easy to style hair could not be styled in any attractive way. It was uneven and lumpy. I went back to discuss it with her and it was blamed on me as she told me she gave me exactly what I asked for. I ended up having to get it cut short just to clean up the mess she made which was unfortunate, but the minute someone else cut my hair it was a huge improvement. The cut was even, shaped, and has regrown quickly and into an attractive style. I would never, ever go back to Trendsetters. Oh, and btw, the good haircut was much less expensive than the garbage cuts I got at Trendsetters. Thanks for the memories, Trendsetters. There's a lot of other choices in Prince George but you'll have to leave the Hart for a good haircut.

Brought our 15-year-old daughter in for a nose piercing today, and Craig was absolutely amazing. He thoroughly explained the procedure, aftercare, and what to watch out for — all in a way that was clear and reassuring. The rest of the staff were great as well. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the studio and the overall level of knowledge. Incredibly professional and personable all around. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My sister and I had a lovely experience there this morning from reception to massage to pedicure. They were very accommodating even with my mixup. Rosa was wonderful as well as the individual that my sister had (I’m very sorry I didn’t get your name).

I got both nipples pierced at Trend Setters by Craig about a month ago and it was an amazing experience. They have a very professional but welcoming environment, Craig is the best at making you feel safe and comfortable, as well as keeping up and responding with/to any of my concerns. I'm excited for my one month check up, thank you Trend Setters! ❤️

We came to Trendsetters for a girlfriend’s pedicure day and could not have asked for more! The ladies were professional the services were incredible and the owners are amazing. If you want the royal treatment this is where you need to book.
