10/10 experience. Thank you Polar Refrigeration for making a large expensive purchase a breeze.
My Wife and I purchased a furnace and a hot water tank through Polar Refrigeration and had them install it as well. Every question was answered, install was done in a timely manner, all mess was cleaned up.
And they made sure I had no questions before they left.
I don't often review a perfect score but Polar is an exception as I was pretty nervous about this pricey investment and this company made it very simple and straightforward.
Keep up the good work Polar team!
Polar refrigeration just installed our new Lennox 96% efficient furnace. The fellows did a great job! They were neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Installed within the day! The furnace itself is working very well. My wife and I were both very impressed!
Great customer service from the nice lady that answered the phone to all 5 techs that came to my house,sorry I don't remember all your names. Quick replacement which was so appreciated when it's so cold out. Can't believe how small it is compared to my old one and quiet. Thank you muchly.
