Never recommend this company don't call these guys technician dont have enough knowledge to fix the issue and even they spent 1st day 30 40 minutes but they did charge 2.5 hours and next day 35 mins and put on they did charge 1.5 hours just for the regulator change charge $1000 even after couldn't fix and call other guys and they did fix but never recommend polar refrigerator and on the phone talk with guy wasn't respectful

10/10 experience. Thank you Polar Refrigeration for making a large expensive purchase a breeze. My Wife and I purchased a furnace and a hot water tank through Polar Refrigeration and had them install it as well. Every question was answered, install was done in a timely manner, all mess was cleaned up. And they made sure I had no questions before they left. I don't often review a perfect score but Polar is an exception as I was pretty nervous about this pricey investment and this company made it very simple and straightforward. Keep up the good work Polar team!

I have used Polar in the past and had a good experience. Last week I used them and the technician adjusted my boiler to shoot out 3 foot flames. If I had not caught it my house would have been gone. Since then I have not had heat on my second level. Trying to get the situation rectified and the billing looked at, and I am told wasn't there fault. No offer to come back and rectify, just pay the bill. That was one week ago, and I am already told I will be sent to collections today. So needless to say, I will not be using them to put in the new boiler they were supposed to be there quoting me for. Sad to see when a company you have used to do multiple jobs in the past, loses all customer service and pride in the job.

Polar refrigeration just installed our new Lennox 96% efficient furnace. The fellows did a great job! They were neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Installed within the day! The furnace itself is working very well. My wife and I were both very impressed!

Great customer service from the nice lady that answered the phone to all 5 techs that came to my house,sorry I don't remember all your names. Quick replacement which was so appreciated when it's so cold out. Can't believe how small it is compared to my old one and quiet. Thank you muchly.
