Northwest Window and Door is a name you can trust! We had some of our windows replaced by this Company and they did a fantastic job! Many thanks to Les for his expertise, and professionalism in solving any issues that had come up. The installers are very precise in their installations, respectable of you,your home and property. Thumbs up to the owner (knowledge, customer approach). They did a good job, except of a small undone framing (they literally left a hole between the window and the wall) - so I recommend to check the job afterwards. Within a month it was fixed after sending a couple of prompting emails. Also they had a problem finding first payment for the installment and took them too long to proceed, so track your payments as well.

From the beginning process of talking about the options we would have and not making you feel pressured. Giving you up front pricing options etc, to the installation process that was done very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the all around service that we received. Highly recommend.
