A friend told me about Ivana and I thought I would give her a try after trying Physio and numerous exercises to alleviate the rounded shoulders I had incurred over many years of bad posture. She said that the muscles had gotten so tight over the years due my job as well as being large breasted. Arthritis in my hands was so painful. My hands were swollen and the joints we enlarged making things I could do limited.The muscles in my upper back were hard.The change in my hands is AMAZING.the swelling is gone and the joints are smaller allowing me to get back to my wood working and crafts!!! The only time I have pain now is when I overdo.My back is relaxed and comfortable now and I'm able to get a good night's sleep.THANKS IVANA for giving my life back to me !!
