So... what an amazing business! I gave my grandson the last watch I wore before I retired almost 16 years ago. He was so excited and not used to buckling a watch band that he pulled too hard on one side of the band and popped the pin. It was lost, and he was devastated. In today's world, it is hard to find watch pins. I phoned around and was directed to Michael's. They said bring it in and they would either replace it, if they could, or make a pin if they couldn't. When we dropped it off they were so kind and told us to check back in 30 minutes. They were very friendly and gave me an honest and fair evaluation of my earrings. Even though they don’t buy them off, they are very professional and competent. I would always recommend this store! They also have a wonderful variety of Canadian and other brands too!

Michael and his staff have provided me and my family members very high quality and friendly service over the several decades in which he's been in business. Usually it's small things like minor repairs or swapping watch batteries, but the work is always done well and on time.
