Mainline Plumbing & Heating

I would like to say that mainline has been purely professional. I had a leak outside my house. Not the best time to have that but got a hold of them and they got the city to shut off the main and they hooked up a heated hose from my neighbors. That said they would get to it early January. They were super to deal with from start to finish. The people they sent out were excellent and efficient. I now have water and the excavator guy said to touch base in the spring as they had to dig up the yard Did a great job of making my yard as good as they could at this time of year. Super happy of the job they did

My furnace has been given me grief on and off for about 4 years. During this time I called Mainline to come and take a look as yet again the heat was off but the furnace was blowing cold air. I was known as the “Red Light Blinking” lady. On one of my calls last week with Valerie, I was like “so here is the start of my winter calls” and she asked what I meant. So I shared my furnace saga with her. Valerie and the Mainline team then did some checking, researching and one of the tech’s came and finally figured out the issue. Yesterday, I had a new furnace and heat pump installed in my home. The plumbers and electricians were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Ryan our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up and showing us how to use the new thermostat and the website app. They also left their work area spotless upon leaving!
