We recently worked with this team on an abatement project and had a great experience from start to finish. They were easy to work with, responsive, efficient, and worked around our schedule to help keep the project moving smoothly. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other companies we looked at. The work was completed professionally and on time. We would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others looking for reliable abatement services

Extremely rude to general public. Asked how the worker was doing, he glared at me like I stole his lunch money then looked away without saying a word. I would hope they treat their clients better but personally would not hire them.

We had a unique situation of a rodent infestation in the ceiling of a new-to-us home. Finding someone both affordable and willing was a challenge, but after reaching out to countless different companies a friend suggested I try High Tech. As it turned out they were hands down the best company for us. We agreed that since this wasn’t as critical a job as say a flood or fire, I left it in their hands… a job to do when their time allowed, and trusting they wouldn’t leave me in the dust. Not only did the manager Randie remain in good communication throughout the entire waiting period, but they were also fairly quick with a rough estimate. Having to budget for other jobs, I definitely appreciated this. Once on site the job was slightly bigger than anticipated, but the staff did a FANTASTIC job, were quick and efficient, extremely clean AND the management team remained fair to their original quote. This is a company I would hire over and over again. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Never hire high-tech restoration. They are scammers. I had a fire in the basement suite of my rental, all of my stuff upstairs was smoke damaged. It has taken them over a month to “clean” my belongings. I was even told there was “clean” stuff at the smoke damaged house for us to pick up. Why are my cleaned belongings back in the contaminated house. I was told this was an “oversight” so how much of my “cleaned” stuff got re contaminated..
I have gone through over 25 boxes of stuff that was brought to me and not one item was cleaned. High-Tech had the nerve to ask my insurance company for more cleaning dollars after they did not clean any of my belongings. SCAMMERS.
I’ve spoken to the owner about this, James made excuses, did not take responsibility for anything in fact he tried to tell me that my items were cleaned and that he watched them do it. My adjuster and I have caught the property manager Steve in a few lies as well. I would give them negative stars if I could. Take my advice and don’t hire High-Tech.

Our basement started flooding from a broken pipe in December 2024. Our insurance company hired High Tech to do the repairs and it has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. They have been very disorganized and inefficient. It's now the end of April and they are still not finished. Not to mention the terrible taping and mudding job and the fact that the wrong sized cabinets were ordered and instead of ordering the right size they wanted to rewire the light switches. Which I had to tell them that's not happening, before they ordered another cabinet, which was also the wrong size. Also, they have not shown up for weeks on end with little to no notice of them coming to work when they do show up. If insurance hadn't been covering the cost I would have gotten them to leave and done the work myself.

My insurance company hired High Tech to do a tear down and then also hired them to do a rebuild after a flood a year ago. From the start of the job to the end it was a nightmare After a flood, fans are normally installed to dry out the area so mold growth does not happen, they did a walk through decided it was a complete.tear out and therefor decided not to bring any fans in. They actually left my basement soaking wet, for 10 days. By the time they did the tear out it smelled horrible. The entire process was terrible, I would get notified the day of or a day prior, if at all of them coming to do work that I would be needed to be present for. They emailed the wrong email adress, or not at all. They expected me to be available at any time. They were rude, the owner herself is extremely rude. She was so rude and hard to deal with I had to get my mom, half home owner, involved as she is better at dealing with these things. Even my mom had a hard time. I was stressed out. I asked her to communicate with my mom but to cc me in all emails, so she would exclude me. They brought my belongings back from storage too soon, and movers piled items to the ceiling. Which they then expected me to label and sort out where to put these, I have disabilities in my shoulders and back. When they were finishing up my.basement they used my paint samples to do touch ups and told me that the samples.dont match. Then threw a paper at me to sign saying work was satisfactory, paint was still wet so I hadn't noticed they actually used wrong colors to touch up. Without permission to use my paint either. Entire basement needs repainted My bathroom floor has been destroyed and is full of mold and in worse shape then when they started. They told me they had to cut the corner of my wall to fit my cabinet back in place. Which I suspect has caused some water leaking. It was a nightmare, and I'm sure played a part in my heart attack last year. I'm only 42. I could say so much more. This is a company you want to steer clear from. Very disappointed as I used this company in the past, and they were awesome. New owners unfortunately aren't as good
