Absolute garbage costumer service. Sold me the wrong part twice, told me they would order the proper part on Monday, I called Wednesday no parts ordered and someone would have to call me the next day. Seems like there's only 2 people that can help you somewhat and they are nearly impossible to contact. Worst service will not go back. Finally called Quesnel, part was sent out that afternoon and will be here today.

I had a pinhole leak in the main supply line to my house - it required the city to shut the water off at the street. I also needed a very old toilet to be replaced. They sent Robert out - who was very efficient, polite and competent. He worked quickly and did a faultless job. He coordinated well with the city. He called later to ask if there was any issue. There was none.The office accidentally overcharged me for the toilet, which was an unusual make and they don't often order that one. They rectified the bill very graciously, and said they would correct their records on that toilet so the mistake wouldn't happen in the future.I recommend Fraser to anyone.
