This is the only salon that I will go to. I have a stylist does an amazing job every time she listens to what I ask for and always goes above and beyond at every appointment. Everyone else there is amazing and helpful. After dealing with other salons that don't do what I ask for even when shown pictures of what I would like going to a salon that does is great. I would 100% recommend Charlie's Girl to all my friends.

After my original appointment last Saturday (where they did warn me that, being a level 7, the pigment might not hold), I went back on Thursday to add colour to some blonde spots. Somehow, my hair ended up turning green—and no one was quite sure why at first. We later found out it was due to my hair’s porosity, which made the colour grab unevenly.
Instead of brushing it off, they contacted other salons and even the Joico helpline to figure it out. As soon as they had answers, they called me back in and made it right.

Savanna is absolutely a gem!! So nice and professional. Listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my new haircut!! Highly recommend Savanna! The staff at Charlie's Girl are so friendly and absolutely delightful.
