I called Black Sheep and they answered immediately. James spoke very professionally and asked all the right questions about my location and my vehicle. He first sent someone to help when my car wouldn’t start. They tried jump-starting it, but it didn’t work.
James then came personally and diagnosed the issue properly. He fixed a problem that could have cost me alot along with a lot of wasted time and inconvenience. Thanks to his expertise, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
