Never answer the phone and don't do walk in anymore making it impossible to work with.

Absolute Horrendous customer service. Booking an appointment means nothing. Then when inquiring about how long itll be as you have other jobs to attend they just yell at you

This clinic doesn’t deserve even one star! I’m not sure how and why they operate! It is impossible to get in touch with them, it is impossible to book. They very often don’t even have a doctor there. They don’t accept walk ins and you have to book in advance, but you simply can’t. Their phones often not working, and if they are working, you keep going in circles from one recorded message to another. You can not talk to the receptionist at all! My appointment was suspiciously cancelled just couple of hours before the time. Extremely unprofessional clinic.

I've never experienced a doctor's office that doesn't answer the phone until I tried to call this one.... Recommend dying instead of going here

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I have left a review before about this place because they kept scheduling me for days they were closed or the doctor I see wasn’t in. Now its even worse, I had an over the phone appointment because I had question about a condition family members have. I was asking if I needed to get tested for it and what I needed to do to get tested. I was told I need to get a blood test, they’d send me the paperwork and I just had to book appointment to get that done. Well I got my blood taken and had been waiting because I assumed they would let me know when my results came in. I finally emailed them and they told me my results came in and I’d be called between 5 and 5:30 with the results. Well that was complete lies, they called late and didn’t even let me know that the doctor was behind. When I finally spoke to him he said they didn’t do the test and he acted like I was stupid because I didn’t know they needed the positive results my father had gotten. So basically wasted my time and lied and the doctor also was asking all these questions we already discussed when i first spoke with him a month ago. Never going back

Horrible service, I had a appointment for 10am today for a office visit booked a week ago, I came in they told me the doctor will only do it over the phone even though I specifically said office visit when I booked the appointment. 10am comes I am waiting for the doctor.. No call. 10:30 I call the office they say the doctor is behind and will call me. I call again at 11:45 and they tell me they had the wrong number from me.. I've been to this clinic multiple times and my number has never changed. It is now 2:15pm I had to call them three times in a row for someone to finally pick up and they tell me their gonna ask if the doctor is available now? This place is a joke and I will never be returning. Save your breathe and if you're worried about your health find somewhere else.

The doctors are very good here , especially Dr Shehata and Dr Jackson ? ?....
Staff are helpful, especially Bernadette she is wonderful very efficient..
