I’m so happy to recommend this place I have seen Kristen and Paul the two physiotherapists and they were both really great and I have also seen Judy the Massage Therapist and she also took a good amount of time to understand the situation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

I have been coming to see Paul for several injuries over the years prior to the opening of Riverwood Physiotherapy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Paul has always taken his time and been extremely thorough to ensure that I recover to the best of my ability, while also prioritizing my safety and listening to me and my body's needs. He even set me up with an app giving me access to a rehab-program catered specifically to my injury, including different exercises, reminders and a place to keep notes on my injury's progress.
