Kevin Chang is an awesome RMT. He has helped me recover well after a lot of travel and hikes.
My back and body feels so much better after each massage and so thankful to him.
All of the RMTs I have had are all awesome and amazing! However, I just want to share my frustrating experience today with the new weekday Receptionist, whose dismissive tone of voice and facial expressions are quite unprofessional and a bit rude. Hence, the 4 stars.
Great experience, in a great neighbourhood. The RMTs are great and friendly. It’s been a long time since I had a quality massage and this place does not disappoint. The rooms are in great quality and appear up to date and pleasant and fully relaxing. I have easily fallen asleep during appointments for relaxation.
The receptionist is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to billing and plan information which makes it easier to understand my benefits and how they work.
