They make me feel at ease every time my dog pees on their floor! Also, my doggo (Springer spaniel) comes home so beautiful and smells absolutely amazing every time. Only place I take my girl, I love her and I love her groomer!
Today was our first time coming to the Pawlour although I have known Shelley for some time now. Even though I knew he would be in great hands, I was very anxious due to previous trauma with my other dog at another facility. This was my first time bringing my little rescue, Thomas, and leaving him somewhere he wasn’t familiar with but he LOVED it. Shelley sent me little updates to calm my worries and Thomas didn’t want to leave when I came to pick him up. He smells amazing and his nails are perfectly manicured. He had a big sleep when we got home - I guess getting pampered is tough 🙃 I felt the price was very reasonable and I enjoyed a couple of hours to myself which was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Shelley is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. After many years of Grooming she remains passionate about the care of the dogs that come to her. As a Groomer myself, I've always admired her skill and talent. Your dog is in great hands with Shelley!
