I’ve been taking my pets to Dee for nearly 10 years, including a few high-anxiety dogs that required extra patience and care, and I trust her completely.
What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about animals. Years ago, she noticed something seemed off with my senior dog during a grooming. I took him to the vet and learned he had a UTI. Her attentiveness helped us catch it sooner than we otherwise would have.
Dee is skilled, compassionate, and always puts the well-being of the animals in her care first. Highly recommended.

I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Jamie at the Bosley location in Port Coquitlam.
During my visit, my husband accidentally dropped a container of salmon oil while our dog was very excited about the treats. I became extremely nervous, not only about the mess, but mainly about the safety of other pets who could potentially slip or get hurt.
