“I can’t recommend Kelly at Halcyon enough! I had permanent eyeliner done, and I purposely waited until I was healed after my second appointment before writing this review so I could honestly speak to the whole experience.
I actually drove out from downtown Vancouver because of Kelly’s qualifications and reputation, and it was 100% worth it. From day one, she was so warm, personable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was always available if I had questions afterward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in her work.

“I had such a great experience taking Meraki’s lash course! Teresa and Jenny were so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole day really comfortable. I also loved that there was only about 1 hour of theory and the rest was hands-on practice. I feel like I learned so much more by actually getting to practice instead of just sitting through a long theory portion.
