We had an amazing experience here. Got into a car accident for the first time in our blue Mazda 3. They explained the process throughout and were very transparent and helpful. They were courteous, prompt and got our car in ahead of schedule and provided a rental for the meantime. They definitely inspired confidence in us and explained the breakdown of what they did at the time of pickup. They even cleaned the interior of our car for us which was a nice touch. Worth the drive out here for future!

I had my Lexus brought in (introduced by a friend) requesting to replace the rear wheel trim moulding. I have confirmed and paid for my order. On the next day, I was informed by Lexus that the repair could be covered by my warranty. I returned to Marks and requested for a cancellation of my order. Understanding the situation, the service manager (Arthur) was very helpful to get me a full refund.I believe Marks to be a honest, trustworthy shop and will definitely refer anybody in need to go to.
