Initially Sina was subcontracted by the installer of our heat pump -Jadex.
He came in, and in my view, cut corners by using an existing circuit (which he didn’t understand it’s wiring or origins) instead of running a new line to the panel which was only 3’ away.
Later in the season (ie. summer), when the pump for the condensation from the heat pump needed to work, it became clear that the plug he had wired wasn’t working, though he disputes that it wasn’t working at the time he finished the work.
After troubleshooting the issue (where the origin of the circuit was unclear to him initially) he sent me an invoice for the service call. It was never communicated to me that I’d be receiving a bill for this work. His position is that he wouldn’t be dishonest for a small service fee. I’ve paid his fee but feel compelled to leave this review to alert others in case you find yourself in a similar situation.
2/5 stars because, though there’s some merit to his position that his initial work was functional, the failure within 2-3 months, then presenting a bill for the work, without a clear indication that that was going to be the case, has earned him such a low rating.

I had a technician out to fix my baseboard heater. Very friendly but seems had very little expierce with this type of thing. Told me I need to replace my thermostat so he did that. It didn't solve the problem so they came back 2 days later. Tech told my wife that it was fixed and left. Iam more upset that they told me this would fix the problem and not that they didn't know if it would fix the problem and then maybe tell me to hire an hvac tech. So now they charged me 250 dollars and nothing has changed. Just wanted to share this because I would hope if you need a service call you would not use this company.
