Came in for a removal and was helped by 2 nail techs. The lady (I think her name was Kitty) did a great job on my right hand, carefully did the removal and kept my natural nails healthy and lengthy. The male nail tech who worked on my left hand did a rough job, and cut my natural nails during the removal. Now the nails on my left hand are much shorter than my right hand. My left thumb nail was cut unevenly, causing it to chip when I got home. I’ll have to cut most of it now so that it would grow evenly. ?? Unfortunate since they seem to have a lot of nice colors, but I’m hesitant to go back now if I ever need a mani/pedi.
love this salon 5/5 would recommend. ive been going to get my lashes done with kitty for years and she never disappoints. even last minute appointments she will figure out a way to fit you in to get your fills. shes been my lashtech for a long time and shes amazing at what she does. ive recommended her to so many family members and friends already. you ask and she delivers?. shes fast and efficient for the time that you have with her,and she can keep a conversation going while doing your lash on time.(go and book with kitty for any lash/nail needs).
Lovely local salon with friendly, professional staff. Kitty is so kind and does an amazing job. She always takes her time to give you exactly what you want. I have observed the same from other staff at the salon. Thank you for your beautiful work and sweet personality. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
