I want to thank Pat and his professional team of installers for completing our project. Doing a home renovation is always stressful but to know that Pat was on the other end of the phone when we had questions was a great relief. We went through many design options at his store in Port Coquitlam, and finally settled on something that fit the needs of our family the best. The end result has been spectacular. I would highly recommend inner-city flooring to anybody looking for a personalized approach to flooring

Beautiful floors but the install crew left a mess and their work was shoddy. I’m very disappointed with their work and wouldn’t hire them again ever. It’s a shame.I told the owner at the time, and he basically said it is what it is. He had them clean a bit but it still wasn’t clean. And the issue was more the baseboard quality (holes in most of them, dirty).Also, the install was only done partly at first because they measured incorrectly and had to re order more materials.One session they were 110 minutes late.

We were in need of 1600 SF of LVP flooring for a cabin build at Galena Bay, BC. We live in Calgary. We were shopping around at Calgary stores and then settled on a product and style. We then price shopped. Inner City Flooring had by far the best price. But it's not just the price that will bring me back, it's the service. We worked exclusively with Jen, and she is amazing! Outstanding customer service. Jen provided a level of service, expertise and commitment rarely seen. I had a lot of questions and Jen would frequently answer questions when the store was closed. She even sourced the product we wanted at a Calgary warehouse, so we didn't have to pay BC PST. She provided material installation and product specs promptly. And answered a myriad of questions I had over the weeks we worked together, and I had A LOT of questions. I am super pleased with the level of service I received, the expert knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of Jen and then the price - significantly lower than then competitors. I highly recommend Inner-City Flooring and specifically working with Jen.
