During our recent project, my experience with Independent Installations, led by Ian, was profoundly disappointing and concerning. This company consistently failed to meet basic professional standards both in terms of work quality and business conduct.
Lack of Professionalism: The owner, Ian, regularly engaged in highly inappropriate and unprofessional communication that not only strained our professional relationship but also reflected poorly on the company's overall ethos. His responses were confrontational and offensive, undermining any attempt at resolving the issues amicably.

This company, headed by Ian gave me the runaround in the worst way. Conflicting stories about when my window would be installed, and it was literally over a year after the initial measurement and payment. Maybe a single woman just looks like a mat to a person of this ilk. The windows themselves when they arrived were good, solid. Ian asked me for more than 1000 dollars more than what we had agreed on. And then, now, with a litany of excuses including injury and holiday and everything in between, he has not finished the job -- installed the screens. Emphatically I would just go elsewhere.
