Liz is a true professional who listens to her clients and creates a personalized program that focuses on clients’ needs and goals. Liz and Scott have created a warm, welcoming and supportive environment at FIT Academy where the focus is on being the best version of yourself. 11/10 would recommend, will be back ?

When I decided I needed a personal trainer to help me over the hump, I searched online for the "best" fitness trainers in Vancouver, and found Scott Salling. I love everything about training with Scott. He's like a vacation T-shirt saying "No Bad Days". I don't know how he does it, but it doesn't matter how I feel before I walk in the door, he seems to find a way to get me engaged and working. I always leave smiling. This place is pure gold. ? ??♀️?️♀️?
