“I just landed in Vancouver to see my dad. He message me the day before his phone is dead (Samsung S20). After lunch, we went to picked up his phone after it has been reqaired. When we arrived at the shop in the parking lot on a Saturday afternoon, his spare phone rang. They called to let my dad know his phone repair is ready and we went in and picked up the phone. The guys there are friendly and courteous. They swap the SIM card back for my dad, I asked if this is a common/know problem w Samsung , they said yes. It's a know problem, motherboard is fried. I was glad they got parts and ready to make the repair in a few hours. We went back within an hour, I also asked them to take out my blue-ray cracked glass and replace it with another one.
