I had a great experience with Design Roofing today. Raj Singh was extremely responsible and dedicated to his work. He came to fix my roof on a weekend, even when it was raining heavily in Vancouver. I really appreciate his professionalism, quick response, and commitment to making sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend Design Roofing and Raj for their excellent service!

We recently upgraded our electrical which involved running new equipment up through the roof. Unfortunately the electrical company didn't seal the area around the openings they created. We reached out to Design Roofing and the next day they had their technicians attend to secure the area. Their team from start to finish was efficient, professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of.
The technicians on site also showed me the before and after photos, noting that there was a bit of a hole in a stack which they promptly took care of while they were up there.

2 different set of employees came to my condo for a membrane leak on my large deck which affected those living below my unit. The strata paid for the work but each time they came to my unit with 2 employees each time, the workers were professional, cleaned up the area extremely well and when I paid them a tip each of the 4 employees stated that it was too much. Being this graciousness is a rarity in society and perhaps those who take advantage of others in politics, business and in life generally can learn from these hardworking employees.
