I recently completed four projects with Closet by Design: a TV unit, a walk-in closet, a pantry, and an entryway closet. Honestly, their work is outstanding from start to finish. Our designer, Chelsea, was exceptionally patient and dedicated to achieving the best possible design that fit our budget. We put her through a lot! We required more than four appointments for measurements and design finalization, and she handled all of it with graciousness and enthusiasm. Furthermore, whenever I messaged her, she was incredibly responsive, even while she was on vacation visiting her family. We are so happy with our closets! The whole experience from the consultation to installation went smoothly. Communication was excellent and everything was installed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
Closets by Design was excellent from the beginning to the installment. Clean, efficient and really nice people work for their company. They also got us in on a cancellation three weeks early. Awesome and super happy with results
