Moving was something we had to do more than wanted to do. BigSteelBox made this experience so much easier. They scheduled a 2-part move for us, and stored some of our belongings until we were able to have them delivered to our new home. Truly appreciated the drivers' attention to detail in logistically challenging pick-up and drop-off instructions. I would recommend this to anyone who is able/wants to pack a container themselves. Accommodating, patient, helpful with workarounds. Their motto is accurate: they definitely "make moving feel better."

Super helpful - really helped us organize a complicated move in 2 different stages/containers and dates.
Drivers were also amazing - always kept to the schedule and always kept in touch with us regarding ETAs.

I would like to say a big thank you to Raffaelo (P. Coquitlam, Langley) in setting us up with our big move to Alberta this year. We met up at the beginning of the year, his experience, customer service, in size of container, went beyond out expectations. We like to say thanks to Big Steele Box for a smooth transition from BC to Red Deer Alberta. I recommend everyone who is moving call them . You wont regret it.
