As a new agent I have felt extremely well supported here. I was appointed a mentor that has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the industry and has always been available. Not only have I been supported by her but also other agents in the office have been keen to offer advice and encourage. The front end staff have been very supportive and I can’t speak highly enough about them and their patience with me as I ask a million questions. Love working here! The group of people working in our office is second to none. Collectively we make decisions that benefit us as a whole and promote the highest ethics and business practices possible. Bi-weekly meetings are combined with bi-weekly educational opportunities keeping us both connected and informed. The lead generation developed by the brokerage has been fruitful and leads via the Royal LePage Network are frequent.
