“Nothing but good things to say about Loyal Homes and Alex Gervais. She was very helpful from the time I started looking when I was still in Ontario to when I moved here and finally found the place I wanted to buy. Never pushy, but always supportive and help me every step of the way. Highly recommend.”
“Denaye was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us buy our new Port Alberni home.
Denaye went above and beyond to sort the unique challenges of of our situation (we were in Ontario during the search and purchase phase). Denaye is knowledgeable of the area and found us the perfect home.
This is the third time she has helped members of my family buy in the area and we would recommend anyone looking for a home in Port Alberni to call her!”
“Denay is top notch. I would recommend her to anyone buying a property. As a first time home owner, buying a home can be a lot. Denay was honest, helpful, above and beyond in customer service, and most of all, a joy to work with. Thanks again for all your hard work, Denay.”
