Sheena is just the absolute best. I cannot begin to describe the high level of care and knowledge she has. The care she has given to my sweet 19 year old cat is awesome and so heartwarming ❤️!

We don't normally leave reviews online, but wanted to do so for Sheena because we were so impressed! We found Mountain View Kitty Cottage online when looking for somewhere for our one year old cat Gus to stay for four days while we were in Tofino over xmas.Gus had never even spent one night away from us prior to staying at the cottage and so we were very nervous about our trip. Sheena helped us through this by sending us regular updates and pictures (and even a video) of how he was doing (see below for just a few of the pics of Gus during the stay). I have known Sheena for many years and was delighted when she opened Mountain View Kitty Cottage & Pet Services. I was in the midst of moving and my four kitties stayed with her for the chaos night of packing and setting up my new place. It gave me such piece of mind that I knew my kitties were in a safe and calm space while I dealt with all my stuff. When I picked up my kitties from their sleepover, they were relaxed and calm and ready for their new home. We are excited to offer Port Alberni and Vancouver Island a CAT ONLY boarding facility. We have very large walk in suites for our feline friends, no wire or cages used this facility. We have taken every measure to create comfort, care and raised the standards of housing and accommodation in a cat boarding environment. This cat kennel strives to make Your Cat's Home Away From Home by meeting you feline friend's needs by making a unique daily schedule that's tailored to their needs, wants, and normal home routine. We also are happy to give up dates daily through email, text and Facebook. We have limited dog boarding that books up fast. We do Cat Grooming and veterinary nursing care also.
