“Took my beagle Sadie here for a nail trim and anal gland expression while visiting from out of town. I always make a point of having a Registered Veterinary Technician handle the glands, since it's genuine professional expertise and not something I trust to just anyone. Sheena is an RVT and it showed. She was fast, thorough, and clearly has deep knowledge of animals. Great to know she offers dog services too, not just cat boarding.
She also flagged some early signs of a potential infection I hadn't caught, so now I can follow up with Sadie's regular vet at home. I've had this done many times and never had anyone give me that level of insight. It really helps me stay on top of Sadie's health.
