OMG this realtor is absolutely fabulous! Denay worked tirelessly to help us sell our acreage in a volatile environment of interest rate hikes and made the process carefree. Her guidance and patience led us through a time when we were wondering if the market was even at a good time to sell. Another thing that impressed us was her confidence in encouraging us to think outside the box once we did sell our property and began looking to purchase our new home.
