I highly recommend Only Way Cleaning Services. Their team cleaned the carpets in our home: 5 bedrooms, living room, stairs and hallway. Our carpets are 18 years old, have been well used by three kids, 2 large dogs and 2 cats and hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. They were able to remove all stains, used a special tool to remove hair and our carpets look almost brand new! We were referred to Only Way Cleaning Services after another company damaged our carpets just as we were moving into our beautiful new townhome. The carpets, which are very new, were oversaturated and therefore developed staining and a horrible smell. This was such a disappointment and prevented us from unpacking and moving into our space. Unfortunately, the company who caused the issue would not/still have not responded to our real estate agent's calls or ours. The Only Way team stepped in, generously returning multiple times to try every possible approach until the issue was resolved. Our carpets are now dried out, clean, smell-free, and we are all moved in!
