I wanted to share some feedback after witnessing concerning behaviour from the maintenance crew while visiting a townhouse complex in Maple Ridge.

To start, I was surprised by how unfriendly most of the staff were on site. I was walking with my baby and, as we passed by workers, I would smile or acknowledge them politely, but the interactions were consistently met with scowls or no response at all. While I understand they are there to do a job, a basic level of courtesy goes a long way—especially in a residential setting.
