He was originally hired by an HVAC contractor to wire a heat pump installation in my condo. The HVAC contractor told us the electrical permit had been arranged, but it turned out it hadn’t been, which created months of issues with the city inspector.

When Bryan learned about the situation, he immediately stepped in to help resolve it. He took care of the electrical permit properly and made sure the heat pump installation was fully compliant with the city requirements — and he did this at no cost to me.

“My mother (93yrs old) had an unexpected emergency: the old oil fired furnace and oil hot water heater suddenly broke down and couldn't be repaired or replaced, and she was struggling to cope with the cold wet Vancouver winter conditions.
