I got keratin smoothing by Isabelle yesterday and I am so impressed! I’ve had this service done before by other stylists and Isabelle EXCELS in it! She is fast, knowledgeable and so sweet. I haven’t brushed my hair since she did it at the service yesterday and today when I did a quick brush and threw it in a ponytail for the gym i have no flyaways usually they are all around my face, I love this service and will be back to see Isabelle! Thank you so much!
My daughter went for a facial wax , there were some hair left on the cheek bone area so we had to go back it to be removed . I thought I’ll have to fight for compensation for the fuel and time we wasted on the return trip but the team especially the receptionist were extremely helpful .Got the remaining hair waxed , and they gave me credit for next time as well .I now regret that I was a bit aggressive as I was expecting a push back , pleasant experience overall today
I went for a haircut and a treatment. My hair has been dry and lifeless lately. Brianna did a wonderful job! She cut my hair beautifully, explained what needed.to be done to perk my hair up, and she was so cheerful! I really appreciated her professionalism. She did a great job and my hair looks great!
