I went in the other day looking for something that WAS NOT a shock collar to help curb my dogs excessive barking. The wonderful lady (didn't catch her name) was so helpful and suggested a few different techniques to help and the techniques she suggested started to work immediately with my dogs.
Amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and skilled staff. I learn something new every time I go in there. Great job in grooming. We bought the 3 for 1 free deal.. Good old-fashioned customer service, can't beat it. Well done.
We have a mini schnauzer named Rosie who can be a little anxious when it comes to grooming. We recently took her to the PetSmart grooming facility in Penticton for a bath, cut, and nail trim, and we were so impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly understanding, patient, and caring with Rosie, which made a big difference for both her and us. We’ll definitely be bringing her back.
