Always greeted with a hello when you walk in the door! Excellent customer service and I love the selection of items for our cats. The return policy is by far the best I've ever seen.

I am so impressed with the service in this store!! 👍 I live over an hour away from any Bosley's that stock RDBK raw cat food. As I had an appointment in Penticton, I called to order 2 boxes of the kind my cats love, they were unable to order any as they have a dollar minimum to place any orders. Shyla went the extra mile and called another store to put together an order to compliment mine and reach the minimum order criteria. Thank you so much Shyla! My cats and I truly appreciate it ♥️
