Wonderful staff. Asked if I needed assistance the moment I walked through the door. Asked again asI was taking some time looking for dog treats. Lovely young lady at the til. Very friendly and courteous . Shout out to the staff at Bosleys Penticton!

I absolutely love shopping here! Clean, organized & has a great selection for all your pet needs. Management and Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, kind and do their very best to go above and beyond!

This is a very big pet valu, and they had everything I needed and more. The prices are good, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for carrying my load to my car-you didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it very much! Five stars
