We have a mini schnauzer named Rosie who can be a little anxious when it comes to grooming. We recently took her to the PetSmart grooming facility in Penticton for a bath, cut, and nail trim, and we were so impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly understanding, patient, and caring with Rosie, which made a big difference for both her and us. We’ll definitely be bringing her back. Charlene is hands-down the best dog trainer in Penticton! She has an incredible way with all breeds and truly understands each dog’s unique needs and personality. PetSmart is lucky to have her—she’s trained all three of my dogs over the years, and the results have always been amazing.
When she took a break, her presence was definitely missed in the community. Now that she’s back, she’s better than ever. Charlene is passionate, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. You won’t find another trainer who puts this much heart into what she does. I’m so grateful she’s offering her exceptional services again—if you’re looking to train your dog, look no further!
