Nicole goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, and her attention to detail really shows. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about their clients. It’s clear they take pride in their work and strive to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

After dealing with another local company for over nine years — and growing tired of their attitude and negativity — we decided to stop by Okanagan Home Center before giving up on our hot tub completely. We were warmly greeted by Dawn, whose positive attitude and encouraging advice made all the difference.
She took the time to listen and helped us come up with a new plan to switch to a different sanitizer and conditioner that should be gentler on our skin. We know there may still be some challenges with the change to bromine, but the biggest difference was how respected and supported we felt.
