I arrived early for my appointment and was waiting in the lounge when a woman—who I initially assumed was a fellow client—began speaking to the receptionist in a noticeably condescending tone. When the owner came out to address the situation, the woman became increasingly confrontational. I thought the owner handled it professionally and calmly, ultimately asking her to leave when it was clear she was seeking conflict.

It’s worth noting that I was the only client present at the time, so I’m not sure how the other reviewer’s account aligns with what actually happened. “I was visiting from out of town and called to see if Nails Time & Spa Penticton had any spots available for my 2 daughters (there was about and hour left til closing time). They asked when I wanted to come, and when I said I could come now, they pleasantly welcomed us! They got the girls in right away and did exactly the design they asked for. ? ? They even snuck me in for a relaxing pedicure while I waited for my daughter's to get their nails done. I absolutely recommend this wonderful, family-run business.
