I have used Chris and his team for both a purchase and sale in Penticton. Both Chris and Blake have just been great to work with - very responsive with my questions, great advice and knowledge to help guide me through the process along the way and enjoyable to correspond with. My wife and I are very happy with their service and would definitely use them again for our next transaction.
I (we) appreciated all the effort that Blake and Chris have put in to get the sale completed on my fathers home.
Further, I have appreciated the excellent communication skills that Chris and Blake in particular demonstrated. I have always felt well informed about what was going on with the house!
I (we) believe that they had to work very hard to find potential buyers as the market seemed to be slowing. However, they put in the work and brought us more than one offer during the time they had the property listed. Both a pleasure to work with at all times!!
