We had A very nice guy come and look at a problem with our furnace. From starting the call to office to finishing the job was 2 hours. Did excellent work. Very friendly and reliable
Marcus not only came to check our AC problem, but he fixed it on the spot. We didn't need a new AC unit, as quoted by a prior company ($7,000)! We just needed a new capacitor ($300). Cheap fix! He also spoke with us as how best to care for our AC unit. That prior company came out to do an annual check on our AC, and it turned out that he didn't clean the unit! We will only deal with Guardian in the future. They care about seniors, and are good honest people!! Thank you Marcus so much!!!! After 3 weeks in the heat, we are finally cool again.
I replaced a furnace last summer and this summer added an air conditioner for my mother’s house. She has bad experience with trades as many just don’t care or lack the knowledge to do the job right. I took a chance on Guardian for both of these projects. Darren, Marcus, and Andrew were excellent. They made sure job was done right. This has been the best experience I had with the trades up in the interior. They demonstrate knowledge, commitment to get the job done right, and a focus on customer service. Cheers, Mike
