As usual Jen gave me the cut I asked for. I can always count on that from her. We discuss the effects of any particular cut I want and modify it to suit my features and type of hair. I appreciate that she gives me a seniors discount. Even with that in the present climate, I can afford a haircut just once every six months so now wear it shorter than I used to. Lose all my curls in the process but would rather have tidy hair. I travel 1 1/2 hrs to have my haircut by Jen because I 'm sad to say my hometown stylists don't offer me what First Choice does.

I missed an appointment, it was totally my fault. They were totally understanding, and rescheduled an appointment for that same day, to fit into my schedule. The hair cut was excellent.

Made an online appointment for an Adult (male) haircut. Received same. On time, no fuss, no drama and left with the feeling I had received what I signed up for and was pleased with the process. I'll be back in four (4) weeks.
