A great experience! Josh was very enthusiastic and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He answered all our questions and concerns. He returned calls promptly. Riza the installer was amazing. He did a great job. Very professional…he’s a keeper! All in all we were delighted to have End of the Roll do our flooring and would recommend them.
We have used Penticton End of the Roll for 2 jobs over the past month, for new flooring and install and have been thoroughly satisfied both times. The store staff is friendly and competent. The sales staff, Josh is who helped us, has been extremely helpful. No pressure to buy, great prices, excellent service. The delivery person and installer were friendly and competent. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
