Incredible service offered by Rudy, it was absolutely painless for the first time ever in my life. He made by day 🥰 . I was there for Eyebrows threading, pleased with the service except the cost of the service.

My overall experience with the stylist Melanie was amazing! I have a hard time finding a person to cut my hair and understand my needs. My only concern was the person who works the front desk. She was very rude when I went to pay; the machine glitched and she seemed to be frustrated with me. Obviously people have bad days and she did say bye when I left, but it definitely through me off. Hopefully if I return to see Melanie the payment experience isn’t as negative. If I could rate the stylist separately she would get a full 5 star rating.
