Randy from Pope and Sons serviced our gas furnace and gas fireplace yesterday. Randy was pleasant and professional. He spent time to really clean both appliances making sure both were operating properly. He was thorough and efficient. I am happy to give Randy a good review. I would definitely have Randy back again. I also appreciate the full report we received on the functioning of the furnace.
I called Pope & Sons as my heat pump was not cooling, right from the initial phone call there was a level.of professionalism that you don't often see anymore. A technician arrived the same day and fixed my issue at a very reasonable price.
Very pleased with Margaret’s time working on my thermostat and heat pump. Extremely friendly and helpful. Will be phoning me tomorrow about thermostat and when she can replace it.
