A friend recommended OK Tire in Parksville after she heard how frustrated I was with the dealership and how they were constantly trying to up sell me.
Took my car in to OK Tire since and have been nothing but satisfied everything time.
Everyone has been very courteous from those that answer the phones to those that work on the vehicles.
Best part never once have they tried to up sell me.

Reviews
I stopped in this morning just to have my tire pressure checked, and the service exceeded my expectations. Bill took great care of my tires and shared some genuinely helpful information along the way. The whole experience was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend this location to anyone.
5+ star service from Richard. I showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Friday with tire issues on my tent trailer. He fixed what he could, and advised me what I needed to do to be road safe. Nobody wants to travel on holidays with tire issues, but Richard made it as pain free as possible. Thank you for the great care, friendly service and attention to detail.
