Shout out to the service department group. We experienced truck issues on our way to our vacation spot. We contacted Family Ford service to see if we could get squeezed in on no notice to get diagnosed and repaired. They were very open right from the start about doing there best to get us back on the road. That same day we were brought into the shop and repairs were completed. After doing a lot of research and numerous inquiry visits to Family Ford in Parksville we finally made a decision and a purchase. We were not easy clients and not in any hurry to purchase but the team there gave us the same respect every visit and was not pushy or aggressive. Dennis P and Dale both worked with us every time we came in and there was never pressure to just lets get this over with attitude. Hats off to them for their extreme patients and professionalism! Highly recommend them even if you are only in the pre purchase mode of your search!
