Shout out to the service department group. We experienced truck issues on our way to our vacation spot. We contacted Family Ford service to see if we could get squeezed in on no notice to get diagnosed and repaired. They were very open right from the start about doing there best to get us back on the road. That same day we were brought into the shop and repairs were completed. Very professional and courteous service department. Can’t say enough on how well we were treated. Thx again and I fully recommend this dealership. Port Alberni Ford Owner..
