Ford Service - Family Ford

Shout out to the service department group. We experienced truck issues on our way to our vacation spot. We contacted Family Ford service to see if we could get squeezed in on no notice to get diagnosed and repaired. They were very open right from the start about doing there best to get us back on the road. That same day we were brought into the shop and repairs were completed.
Very professional and courteous service department. Can’t say enough on how well we were treated.
Thx again and I fully recommend this dealership.

I am never disappointed at Family Ford service. You get your car vacuumed and washed for free! You get impeccable service. I had a flat tire and felt very desperate they fixed it at no charge and could fit me in the same day too! I have had service at OK Tire for my other vehicles and they are O.K but Family Ford is exceptional. They go above and beyond to win your business and please you. I will always take my Mache E Mustang to Family Ford service. They treat you like family hence the name Family Ford. I love this place!! I would only buy from Family Ford! You will be well taken care of! If you are interested in Mach E mustang. It is the best car I ever owned!

If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars!! Such kind, friendly service, installed new headlights AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE PARTS!! No charge for the labour!!! And THEN, gave my car a free wash, too! ??? Thank you ?
